Cloud nine can be a tiring and exhausting place, coming down from it can even be more awful. You see I’ve been on it since Friday afternoon, when I walked into the 700-acre spread of mud and grass in the heart of Tennessee known as Bonnaroo. In a matter of 72 hours I was able to see several bands – Metallica, M.I.A. (for possibly the last time ever if her retirement rumors are true), Sigur Ros (who come around from Iceland only once in a blue moon), Death Cab For Cutie (who I’ve never been able to catch in the same city I’m in), and more. These sets and more shot me over the moon, and to that cloud I’m coming down from now in my room in New York City. I also only got 8.5 hours of sleep in 3 days. I’m at the stage of festival withdrawal where I ‘m feeling guilty I had so much fun and others didn’t get to go…so for you:
Metallica, "Harvester of Sorrow"
Sigur Ros, "Se Lest" (wait till minute four)
Sigur Ros, "Gobbledigook"
My Morning Jacket, "Evil Urges"
Death Cab For Cutie, "Cath"
Death Cab For Cutie, "I Will Posses Your Heart"

Chris Rock never fails for laughs. One of my favorites.
My Trusted MOGs
chris rock was by far the set the most people tried to see, there was no where to stand or move. i think it brought the highest traffic to the mainstage.
